   Michal C. Clark, Ph.D.

Dr. Michal Clark is Chief Executive Officer of the Kern Regional Center which provides comprehensive prevention, assessment and case management services and, when necessary, purchase of services for all individuals with developmental disabilities in Kern, Inyo and Mono Counties. Dr. Clark is also a professor of statistics, research design and educational psychology at California State University, Bakersfield and past president of the National Down Syndrome Congress. Dr. Clark received his doctorate in Educational Psychology at Standford University.
